PFC circuit For the flicker that that occurs to electric light and has an adverse effect on the operation of electronic devices, the control under International Standard EN61000-3-3 started to apply in May 2004.
A flicker correction device has been installed outside to suppress flicker in the past.
At Fuji Hi-Tech, Inc. we solved this problem by the advanced digital signal processor (DSP).
